Faustino&Eneko is a new wine by Bodegas Faustino. A project that arose from the friendship between the Faustino team and the 5 Michelin star chef Eneko Atxa. The union of two winemaking and cuisine greats. Magic, passion for the land, dedication, painstaking care, family... values that they share and cultivate day after day.
Clean and bright, high colour intensity, very lively ruby red. Very intense, direct, markedly fruity (red fruits), with pleasant notes from the Wood (coffee, toasted), set against a background of light cedar and spicy hints. Powerful and flavour-packed, with elegant tannins and good acidity bringing freshness and a harmonious mouthfeel.
