Appearance: Clean, bright, medium deep. Maroon developing to brick red. Nose: Deep and complex. Balance between cedar and sweet spices hints such as cinammon. Tasting: Light and silky, soft tannin integrated with the acidity. Aftertaste: Remarkable sweet. Finish: Long and complex.

It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
